Can achieve good work life balance. Supported with work from home during pandemic.

Dislikes

Compensation, growth & motivation is slightly lagging in this company. Employees seldom get the recognition/ promotion/ salary hikes. The company policies see frequent changes for the benefit of company and not the employee. Get very limited health insurance & reimbursement regardless of expenses.

Dislikes

So called managers does politics to retain their position. No improvements seen in last 5 years atleast. Management is bothered only about money. No leaders available. Work goes very slow, as technical leads lack knowledge and common sense.
