Company is struggling financially. Not able to provide bank guarantee for EPC projects. No work as of now. Zero job security. Layoff culture is quite common so, think twice before joining.

From day 1 you are put into live project. whatever Learning was there for a GET, was on the job. everything else was against employee treating them as a commodity with no say of their own.

  • Job security - Good

Dislikes

1. Salary (probably lowest in whole market). 2. Management policies treating employees as commodities. 3. Leaves were good on paper. You can't take leave voluntarily generally without telling"WHY". Most of the time, the weekends were not allowed. A Lead could take it as offence if one plans to go somewhere on weekend (generally on Friday eve 5PM, you are informed that you have to come on weekend. And that's not a request). 4. No GET development programs, not allowed to visit site/ FAT/ Vendor sites (Reasn- no money with firm & you have no experience) no perks- no transport, food etc.
