in petrofac now a days our some senior employees not management taking action without any reason put the name for demobilization because they are from other states

Project-based oil and gas services provider company with no job security. All-around I am ok if any new projects awarded preference for the old employees. That one point is well and good. It as all about to the Market condition.

Highly skilled employees lost by the company due to the competitive market cost reduction and top management decisions on firing the pupils frequently.

in general , knowledge with them is satisfactory and has many benefits , as well as the acquisition of experience and skills ,but as far as salary and materiel benefits are concerned the training paid to me is not satisfactory

I met PETROFAC with many capable people, with a direction which is going to perfection, with a pleasant climate and a very good evaluation and development system.

Petrofac UAE even it is very good Company like professionals, cultural and skill development, the work-life balance is poor, that mean they have bad rotation hard job, and short vacation.
