Petrocon is good company .i think but i dont know other company up to still .i am doing work here 2015 to still date . i not have bad thinks about petrocon

I'm extremely disappointed with the work culture at Petrocon Engineers & Consultants. Employees are forced to work 12-hour shifts, 6 days a week, which is unsustainable and harmful to both physical and mental health. The lack of work-life balance is evident, and management shows little concern for employee well-being. This environment leads to burnout and low morale. I strongly advise potential employees to reconsider joining this company and encourage current employees to seek better opportunities elsewhere.

They says that petrocon is having great opportunities to learn but they even give proper training this all people just give you stress and pressure related work, there is no good opportunities for a hr or accountant it’s good for engineers or designer when it’s come to learning
