- Highly biased and toxic manager - No growth - poor appraisal - sick leaves are to be planned in advance - No appreciation/respect for people or their hard work - You'll be made to work extra hours daily on a certain project everyday, only for the credit to be taken by the manager's favorites in the end, and will leave you doubting your skills. - threats about no appraisal or lay-offs are so common that a day without hearing one makes you realize that your manager is on leave - I highly suggest that YOU take the manager's interview before joining here

THIS IS NOT A REVIEW, THIS IS A WARNING FROM AN EXPERIENCED EMPLOYEE - open source manager makes inappropriate statements in front of female employees and no action has been taken even after registering complaints with HR - company claims to be MNC but it is a family run business. Owner points out even if you’re going for lunch - even after over working, you are not a committed worker - no appreciation until and unless you’re a manager’s relative or from his village - getting a job here is not a big deal, you just need a reference. Skills don’t matter here. - don’t be hopeful about any kind of growth - they May say they are using latest tech but behind the scene, the design pattern and architecture Is easily breach able - height of micromanagement is so high that they don’t even keep tissues in the washrooms
