Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The culture is good...overall everything is okay... The staff is friendly.. many games and events happen due to which we feel very relaxed...

... supportive...doesn't take stand against wrong things...misbehave with others...also inspite of giving gifts in festivals i prefer bonus should be given as many people needs money for the celebration days...

More work and less salary , Appraisal not depend on your work , also new employees are geeting good salary packages but existing employees did't get good salary packages this is not a good thing

They have Started Deducting Rs.6000 from Employee Salary if the given Target is not Achieved. Also Recently They have also started Marking LWP and deducting one salary if daily Revenue is not added.

If you want to waste your precious time then join this company. If you by chance joined this company then please resign after receiving salary because they will not reimburse your full & final before 2-3 months.
