No transparency No Proper compensation, they find reasons to deduct your incentive and salary. No discipline Lack of mature and professional people in management.

Freedom of operation. Empowerment. Can easily reach out to the top management. Good work culture. Management is transparent.

Very poor field allowance. Travel policy is also poor. Both are below the mark. Salary also poor as compared to MNC standard. No tour advance and reimbursement gets delayed. Products those are getting manufactured in India having quality issue. Company does not have much fund to invest to recruit good man power resources.
