The work culture of this company is good n also there is a job security .Even in this pandemic situation this company didnt cut the salary of their employee's.

Transport facility is too bad in this company. I don't find any growth here and also increament basis is such a disappointing here.

Freedom of operation. Empowerment. Can easily reach out to the top management. Good work culture. Management is transparent.

Dislikes

Very poor field allowance. Travel policy is also poor. Both are below the mark. Salary also poor as compared to MNC standard. No tour advance and reimbursement gets delayed. Products those are getting manufactured in India having quality issue. Company does not have much fund to invest to recruit good man power resources.

Pathetic company. Only good for politics from top to bottom management level.

No transparency No Proper compensation, they find reasons to deduct your incentive and salary. No discipline Lack of mature and professional people in management.

Very poor understanding and management. Micro management and poking into meedle manager by top most management. No visionary thinking. And only cheap things and no appreciation to the best efforts.

Company culture is good , salary on time, CEO , RSM all are really good and helps in growing.

Dislikes

New managers who came they are lier, selfish, and jealous of people having good relation with seniors. I will always recommend not to work under shweta pote. She is just useless, no skills , only doing sir sir.
