...kms from krishnagiri..good work life balance.NABH and NABL accredited hospital..but main disadvantage is salary is not up to industry standards. work load is more and salary is very less. work environment is average.. i would not recommend anyone to join here

salary is very very less.. work load is more. no private practice.. not a good place for someone who s interested in making money. no monetery benifits.

Likes

Firstly, I studied as a postgraduate not as a consultant at PESIMSR. For consultants it is a peaceful life with good salary, adequate cases. Everyone will have support from seniors. One can have both OT and ICU experience. 6-8 hrs shifts. Weather is similar to Bangalore.

Dislikes

Not much actually, few things I want to mention. Location is one problem, as it's near a small town, anyway Bangalore and krishnagiri are near cities. Food outlets are not many, only few are there at the college.

The students Make working bearable.

Dislikes

They have cut pay by 50% by way of mandatory 15days leave. They do not allow resignation. They force you to work at unsafe conditions in wards. The staff is never consulted on any of these decisions. It's always a unilateral top-down approach. Granting of leaves in lieu of holidays worked(CCL) is a pain. There is no EPF or Health insurance provided. Electricity is charged at Rs.10 per unit with a minimum of Rs. 500.

Waste of energy for those who having talent and dedication to work, there will noo growth 4them and politics will always play here.

Dislikes

For those who are good at their work and they will be targeted by politics by degrading them, there will be no support from the management too for those who are talented and those who truly work for the growth and development of organisation, as like there will be no growth or development for their own growth too, noo expectations.
