The company is basically an electrical co and owned by Egyptians. All relatives of owners are flooded in company. No one has expertise to mechanical. Working hours 14.5 per day 7 days a week, irregular timings. Overtime included in project allowance. Food is good, living standards are good, free gym, laundry. But I don't suggest any Indian to work with them. It's tough life. Any time they may terminate you.

no system , unskilled hired manpower spoil every thing ,you can't built team work to complete any task (one man show) , they always not full fill their promises specially for financial agreements ......etc

I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
