No payment on time . Arrogant back office staff . No fixed salary, salary based on your performance of you are passing through a bad time for couple of months you can't get anything from this company .no scope for career growth and definitely you can't learn anything.

prons 1--you will learn us market 2-huge opportunities for making money 3-company is good all staff are very supportive

cons 1-at least 6 to 9 month to earn a good salary 2-there are very hidden t&c 3-you can call hr and clear if you have sufficient time then you can join and after 2-3 year you can earn more than any proffesion you choose this time, but you haven,t so much time then it is not the right place for you.

Nothing.just ask yourself why they want to give you 4lpa when interview is so easy.

Too much hidden policy that you discory evey step,like: Interview:night shift(6-1.30 pm),only 3leaves in training period,above 3 days you have to pay fine. Joining day:your shift is not 6-1:30 its 6-2.30 pm,no mobile inside office,no contact with friends and family. Working days: 4lpa is too far,you hardly making money. When leaving job:you ask yourself why do i join?definetly ask yourself.
