Nothing, the company is pathetic... there's no work and personal life balance they make you work

The company is pathetic. There is no work and personal life balance. They make you work over time with mo salary compensation... And there's no unity among the management everybody seeks for their own profit and if require they plot for the downfall of their fellow subordinate. And i have been a victim of one. Just for few bucks of incentive your seniors give you wrong information for your work that can even cost you to loose your job

...thus stick to cutting corners for the short term. Promotions aren’t merit based. Pay is far less than competition. They can make you work on your week offs, and have done so in the past.

Infrastructure and environment is good. All the company policies for employee is satisfied. Management is ruling the employees.

Salary scale level, Incentives, night shift allowances and all the employees income related things is not satisfied.

Nothing wasted my time working with this organisation. It’s my biggest regret that I’ve joined this stupid company.

Management they will make you work overtime and they don’t pay anything for that and I’ve you took a leave they deduct 3k plus 1 day salary also they want you to deliver 8 hour login and cover the deficit of leave

The company environment is really excellent. I love to work with my colleagues. Client training directly with the customer helps to develop our communication. But Onsite travel is completely dependent on your project. Policies like ESI, Bajaj Life Insurance etc., really helpful. Monthly activities like cake cutting, sports events, R & R, shout outs etc.., motivates to work with Personiv.

Salary structure is main disadvantage for married employee(i.e., For CA, Team Lead).
