Dislikes

Job is not safe. Projects get ramped down frequently and you get only one month to get a new project. If not HR will call you, ask you to share your screen and initiate your resignation.

As a data science or developer you will get plenty of opportunities to develop small projects from scratch. Although there are very few long term projects.

...to put 200% efforts to fight with management for promotion. Worst work culture. HR brag about the thing that they pay lower than market. Only after you put down paper they will care about you and ready to do anything to have you back. My suggestion never join this company.

Dislikes

...D leaves, and management did mistake of proposing leave donation in this time. They deducted salary for 3 months, postponed appraisal for next three month. (No-arrears) No market correction for salary, instead increased notice period to 3 months(Probation and permanent). Even in covid work from home situation, No passing of the rate of food(which they add to CTC) to employees

The CEO Anand Deshpande is an excellent leader. Very good work culture. Awesome environment. Helpful teammates. Lunch and evening snacks provided in office (very good quality). Training and Learning activities.
