...oo Frustrated that it could let you to attempt SUCIDE and the best part is that Their lead offer you that they will provide good salary and increment to Convence you and once they feel that ok you are convinced then within week you will get Resignation letter by Company itself and if not ,they will give Termination by saying the Poor Performance issue.Never join this Company it's a bloody Loop and you will definitely going to Feel heal in this organization. No transperancy ..Just think that your lead is Convence you to not attempt SUCIDE.

Below are my concern that I found problem in Persistent. Low salary, changing company culture, job security, long notice period, tremendous work pressure, very long working hours, travel policy, relocation policy, onsite policy (e.g. job loss or return to base location if unbilled for two weeks only, no accommodation in initial days) etc.

Nothing good in this company.

Dislikes

Worst management. No work life balance. No ethics. They are trying to replace existing employees whom they hired recently at higher packages with new employees with less package. Once you are on bench they willnot provide any project and after two months they will force you to resign.

... free but the food would be mostly and South Indian even in Pune they will add extra 41000 for your insurance in your salary structure you can take the permission but you can work from home it's not many ready to go to office if you are on bench

No national holidays No christmas and new year holidays no job security no project at all the policies are not good no work satisfaction people don't want to work here more most of the people are on bench they force to give you different skill set project the force you to resign without any specific reason the HR is not good, the management is not good they don't have much project and the good project where you can grow they don't have projector tall recruitment people are also not good they are full of liars the immediately change they have too much of layof even not during the layer they hire and fire people like anything

...elected in 2 to 3 projects but none of the project started. They wasted my time. Suddenly they called and asked to resign (silent layoff) with 3 month basic salary. Still I am surviving for job
