Opportunity to up skill, good work, friendly environment, leave policy, mediclaim policy, food etc.

Dislikes

Below are my concern that I found problem in Persistent. Low salary, changing company culture, job security, long notice period, tremendous work pressure, very long working hours, travel policy, relocation policy, onsite policy (e.g. job loss or return to base location if unbilled for two weeks only, no accommodation in initial days) etc.

the work-life balance is commendable, allowing flexibility in my schedule.

Dislikes

Low Compensation, I feel that salaries do not align with industry standards, and deductions for food charges are seen as unfair

WLB: Good in my case, no work on weekends, minimal overtime work, The Manager was really good, humble, and supportive, no definite punching time, one needs to show up for a minimum 5hrs per day in the office for 2 days per week. But the WLB is team, project, and manager dependent entirely, one of my colleagues was into some salesforce support project, and WLB was horrible.

...s are there but that is just peanuts, the better thing is to switch the company. Salary: Similar to other WITCH companies. Freshers who are hired are given salaries according to their college or coding skills. The starting salary is around 4.75, 7.5, or 9lpa. Majority of them are hired at lower salaries and then exploited to the core. The amount of work is almost similar for different salaries offered. The senior employees of the company are the most lifeless beings in the organization, sad and addicted to cigarettes, and alcohol. If you want peace of mind, then stay away from Persistent

The good infrastructure setup like desks, pantry, canteen etc.

Dislikes

...ve zero experience. The project manager are always aggressive with team members. The project manager gives the salary loss fear, so that senior employee think to quit company.

Good culture and management of company. Good benefits and salary packages.

Dislikes

Less opportunities for growth and success specifically in support projects. If one have good references within the company then its best company for future success.
