...ated to an good project. Felxible timing Wfo mandatory is dependant on project. If you are having any special skills they will give you that bonus as well

Life will get worst when you are allocated to Indian client. You will be forced to work more. And no benefits of it. Micromanagement is done with people who are not having more experience. To retain good relation with client they can accept unrealastic timelines. If you are bench more than 1 or 2 months you will be forced to put down the papers.

I have received offer from persistent systems , Hr agreed for 50% hike on base pay. After reviewing the offer letter I got to know. I got 30% hike on basepay only. But variable pay is there.
