I appreciated the opportunity to participate in organized events such as distributed bags to kids etc. Organized marathon etc.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

I disliked the lack of work life balance and the absence of job security, which affected my overall work experience at Persistent System. They directly informed employees that there were no projects available for you and decided to release that employee which made it very difficult to trust the company. I dislike the lack of project parties,absence of diwali gift.
