Perrigo is an awesome company to work. It is highly organized and provides a culture for its employees to do only what is the right thing to do. Work-life balance is awesome in this company. For experienced candidates (more than 15 years of experience) this company is really very good. Unlike, other Indian companies they really take care of their health and well-being of them. During, the entire covid period (2 years) they have given an opportunity to all to do WFH (based on the nature of individual Job demands). Senior Management supports youngsters and welcomes their suggestions. At least they listen to the opinions from juniors.

Dislikes

The annual appraisal system is flat for all employees (within +/-3%), whether you work day and night or you just do what is bare minimum required in your day-to-day job profile. If you are an exceptional candidate, you will get all support from management, except a hike. Hierarchy is very long, so If a person has joined at the junior position and wants to remain in the same company till retirement, He might get a chance to become a manager (after approx. 20 years, if lucky) Perrigo completely shutting down its R&D from India.
