Sometimes they will skip salary hikes and reason is cost cutting as company is in loss. No cafeteria. desks are very small . work on old stack you will stuck here.

No Salary growth No work satisfaction No Night shift allowances, No benefits,No appraisal Sad point is Manager will make you believing that getting good hike, but it is lie, My seniors told that company wont give you proper hike but after manager promising words & it not happen i realised there is no hike.
