I have been working at this company since past 10 years and its fantastic journey so far.The positive working culture,supportive staff,and excellent environment.its a great place to work. We get lots of benefits of being part of this company is like PF ,Medical insurance ,travelling facilities. In addition we enjoyed yearly picnic ,get together-party and many more small event . The company prioritizes the well being and happiness of its employees.

-The Company is Public limited and the exposure to process is good. -Here you get enormous opportunity for self learning. -Processes are niche and rare to find in other companies. -Good people and seniors are a complete package of knowledge which you can absorb. -On Time appraisals -Many International standards to learn and follow

-Company do not provide training ( Not atleast in the plant I was posted) -Initial Perks are less but it increases gradually. -Employee politics -Work environment and infrastructure
