There's no rationale in fixing up the compensation and émoluments for different categories of personnel starting from Plant Worker to a Quality Control Analyst/Project Engineer/ Administrative Officers. The functions of the designated Officers are interpolated with portfolios of those departments which has no relevance whatsoever with the allotted functionalities. Disproportionate compensation and undercurrents of a very strong politics run latently which is targeted at sincere personnel and workforce employed. No specific agenda is followed for maximising outputs or work improvements either for excellence or for employee motivation. Attrition had been at its peak before my taking over. Summary firing and retrenchment of officers and workforce arbitrarily or at the intervention of a caucus, which is part of a collusive & calculative group of henchmen calling themselves as management. The MD was either intentionally unaware of the goings on in the company or was kept uninformed about the intensive politics being played by the caucus. It would be better to think twice before joining this organisation at any level despite offer of a high compensation unless one is desper6to get a chance to work or in search of a job for job's sake.
