We can learn new things like learning new softwares,Macro programs,components machining process method etc..

1.work and life balance very dificult to manage 2.poor management culture 3.we can't get the salary as we expect 4.no government holidays(if holiday means, that holidays comes with some sort of ridiculous rules) 5.job timings

Dislikes

No proper respect from the management. Work load and work timing is very high. Many times need to working in Sunday's and government holidays. In this company there is no leave for govt holiday(If they give leave on govt holiday the next Sunday will be the compulsory working day).
