...r servants If you joined this company you feel like prisoners and you are jail. Salary negotiations also doing like vegetables market. Mainly salary’s will not came timely . One of the managers was saying I don’t listen anything I need work (if you are eating not eating he don’t need ).

Competitive salary and performance based incentives Supportive Managemnet and work culture Time to Time management Training program is conducted like recenetly one of the renowned Management consultant - Madam Indrani conducted session in Tanzania which was very interactive and losts of management games were there It was very fruitful session and enjoyed a lot. Further co is using monday.com its a very good and interactive platform to see , organise our task and from there immediate support can also be taken from senior management . Enjoying working here.
