The team members and senior management are extremely supportive of your life outside work. They support you no matter what. They do not judge you for not knowing a thing or for being a beginner at some point. They let you take up responsibilities and learn on your own! Extremely helpful colleagues!

The work culture is excellent. Hard-working ethos encourages you to give your best, which is beneficial for growth. Speaking of growth, the organisation offers you ample opportunities to work on different projects and branch out your portfolio while doing the same. Job security is a big big plus!

Poor compensation for the amount of work they expect you to put in. COVID pandemic has made things worse, as there is no work-life balance anymore.

When it comes to digital marketing performics is the best in terms of learning, apart from that we get a lot of holidays, pay scale as fresher is also pretty high compared to other companies, we work around 10 hours a day including lunch, and if you don't have work don't work its not necessary that if your are in office you have to work.

attrition rate has increased a lot lately & is causing severe work pressure on current employees. Have faith in the top management to help reduce work load by hiring/retaining the right talent soon.
