There is no specific process for performance evaluation, appraisal & promotion. It's entirely dependent on your personal connection with your manager, no matter the kind of work you have done or the potential you have for the upcoming projects.

Other than project, they do everything well. But you will have to be in bench.

...ad name but still they will always try to give new technology or manual testing. They just send out people within 2 days and without any compensation.

Good appraisal compared to other MNC but its directly communicated without prior discussion with employee.

...projects, which may impact learning opportunities for advanced technical skills. Certification vouchers are not provided upfront; employees are required to pay for exams themselves and seek for reimbursement later(if applicable). Job security concerns during bench periods if suitable projects are not available. Lack of company outings or team-buildings event. Absence of well-being policies or perks commonly offered by other companies, such as wellness programs.

No Job Security. resignation without notice period. no employee benefits and salary structure. micromanagement from higher level and office politics.

Reporting structure and performance evaluation method. No continuous assessment provision, no planning of setting up objectives and key result or KRA atleast. Higher management appears to be having no control on observation for the feedback submitted by reporting managers.
