CCTC: 16.5 fixed YOE: 4.7 Domain : AWS Data Engg. 1.Nagarro: 19.8 fixed 2.BP:22 (17.8 fixed) 3.Perficient: 21 fixed 4.Gspann: 23 fixed 5.Genpact: 22 fixed I am looking for company where I can learn. Also let me know how much should I expect for my YOE. I personally think going to Bp is low balling me also there will be limited learning opportunities.

no job security, forcing employees to resign, poor pay masters, don't join Perficient. I Joined in Oct 2023 but terminated in April, in less than six months I was terminated. please don't join Perficient.

150 days(5months) notice period for first 3 years and no Buyout options, Sudden Layoff, HR management, Leave policy, HR policy, Skills switching, Job Insecurity, Variable pay included in CTC and not be paid, Giving Project management to Architect, Giving training on one domain but suddenly onboard us to project with completely different domain.
