Boss have some real ego problems he thinks he is from British royal family and rule over poor Indians. Job security zero, today if he is not in good mood he will fire you, they will hire but never give any training but will definitely ask your performance for firing you. All the seniors who are working there is still there because they are not getting any job in market. They will give all data entry work to lawyers. The most experienced seniors knows nothing. They will hire bunch of advocate and still give all the work to the local council and the advocate will do instagram in office. Please do not waste your time in this office. There is no policy if Boss feels 5 days working again if he is angry 6 days working and if he is Really irritated 7 days working. Every day you will see new face. Most of the people maximum give 6 month to this firm and those who are still setting there is literally good for nothing. Working hours are crazy 10:30 every day and if you are going to washroom they will keep eyes on you. It just go sit in front of system do nothing but sit for 11 hr.

It's more like a jail less like a workplace. You can't use phone even intercom, you can't talk to colleagues even if there is no work for anyone. You have to just sit Idle and keep doing same work 3-4 times as there is no work to engage employees.
