I like some sales officer and sales manager r too good...they try to learn .

...nager are not fit in the company they harrasment to sales man.distributor.......there are not providing good salary.no TA DA..no medical.no incriment last 5years.no bonus. When we tell to increase salary sales officer said leave the company.

1. This is only for job seekers with zero knowledge in FMCG trait. 2. No Knowledge is accepted and entertained. 3. Basics of sales is absolutely wrong. 4. Damage policies is extremely poor. 5. HRBP is also new in FMCG. 6. Manager's and other colleagues know nothing about excel. 7. Nothing to gain here. 8. Incentives are less knowing what are company's weaknesses. This is company is burden for those who have the courage and will power to excel in life.

System and Process are very strong. Good culture. Caring company.

Less Salary. Growth opportunities are less. Appraisal Process is not strong. Boss management need to be on higher side if you want to grow.

Slow promotion People are working since 15-16 years without promotion however some deserve not all Few employees are in comfort zone but they have made that by their work
