Isolation and bullying ,oppression and suppression of employees by shameless management.Ras****.Exploitation of employees by intimidation and bullying and showing favouritism and indulging in group politics by targeting an employee and provoking an employee.Bas****.Promoting useless people.Doing Dadagiri and putting employees under pressure and stress and enjoying by harassing.Not giving Full and final settlement.Assho***.Just because they r paying doesnt mean they can do whatever they want

Very poor micro level management , make employees sandwich, staff turnover too high last 3 years 20 people left in accounts alone.director with no knowledge manages day to day accounts, don't allow accounts to work on important work, kept them occupied in data entry work, this resulted in complete mess, only yes sir approach liked, no respect to employees, will terminate employees without giving them notice of one day, put them under mental stress always

Worst co overall.will advise to find better co to work, better to stay at home without work as this co will spoil career and resume.

never join this company lots of politics zero mentality people from ground level to Hr person is lady is very careless and useless for every job he may takes whole day to send you reply office time is for every one is 9.30 to 5.45 but he come to office at cheap people surrounding here in this company

Yes I like the Job, But Daily Travel From Mumbai to Vasai ,Virar,Palghar,Silvasa etc.So I am not possible to maintain etc. QC and Acceptance results etc.
