I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. No policies are there afterall, the management is very greedy and doesn't think about the employees, they want to take your all but in exchange they offer nothing, be careful before joining, I recommend choose another opportunity, This will leave you in shadows only.
