Salary structure is not good, evn they will treat experienced and non experienced persons with same salary structure. No befits other than salary depends on the working days salary also provided

They are not supportive at all of a certain they asked all the Kolkata branch manager to resign at the same day still full and final is pending terrible experience nightmare...

Every thing ..highlighting point is office timing start from 9 am if we are late by 1min or even 1second half day salary will be deducted and as per work load anyone have to work late night even it can extend upto 1to 1.30.....

...effective 1st April 2020. Following their example other companies followed suit. Till date the salary hasn’t been revised fully. No work life balance because there’s no time sense within peregrine. You cannot keep having VC internally everyday for hours together and still expect delivery.

... discussions Stupid internal policies. No consideration for client feedback. Internal policies creating hurdles in salary payouts.

The company is very good at hiring talent and compensation is far better than other peers in the industry. They have some real marque brands that they serve adding to the brand value....

...blems in overall business operations - this is something peregrine has to learn. Retrench or terminate senior level employees at head office who cannot justify salary. Peregrine will never do this. They will either terminate or create situations that your best resources walk away...

...t option I have...worst possible work culture..only blame game..worst politics..even they dont provide Mediclaim ,employer contribution to epf, it will be deducted from ur offer salary...worst possible company in India. No support in lockdown ...first they pay 50% salary then they wipeout all the managers.
