In terms of work life balance there is room for it just fine. And the procedures and processes happens on timely fashion. Work culture is good and any burning issues gets rectified quickly. Which makes more open to work here.

Dislikes

Nothing much to say to dislike about the overall experience. I'm sure there are some flaws but by far it's all common and just mundane things which gets solved eventually. Nothing highlights in terms of Dislikes (Personally).

What I appreciate about my experience at Perch Technologies is that it has provided me with ample and significant learning opportunity and the chance to develop skills that were once challenging for me. The favorable work-life Balance, with a schedule from Monday to Friday and two days for personal rejuvenation, further enhances the overall work experience.

There are no cons as such just that they have 2 years employment bond.

Nothing as such but yes sometimes as the organisation trusts their employees with a lot of responsibilities which makes the job more interesting for some employees but for some people. Personally I believe it is a great opportunity to learn, upgrade and redeem ourselves.

Perch Technologies has a really good work culture and good amount of opportunities in the AVBRI sector for sales and engineering department . Here employees get to know the work responsibilities of different departments and understand how an SMB organization works and how the orders are fulfilled . In this organization Hardwork is recognized and rewarded .

Dislikes

Students looking for software engineering opportunities might not like the opportunity as freshers may not find it attractive.
