This has caused financial stress for many employees, and they have to struggle to make ends meet. Immediate terminations: Per Square Feet Reality has a reputation for firing employees on an immediate basis, without any prior notice or explanation. This has created an atmosphere of insecurity and uncertainty among employees. Unnecessary work pressure: The work pressure at Per Square Feet Reality is quite high, and employees are expected to meet unrealistic targets. Additionally, senior management often puts unnecessary pressure on employees, forcing them to work overtime and attend long meetings that can last for 2-3 hours. During these meetings, seniors often do not allow employees to even sit, which can be physically exhausting. Invasion of privacy: Site heads have been trained to record conversations between employees and send them to the management. This is a blatant invasion of privacy and can create a sense of distrust among employees. Fake interviews and job postings: The company has a history of posting fake job advertisements and conducting fake interviews to lure in potential candidates. Good & Supportive Management Healthy working environment , Vice president is so supportive her nature is so loving and caring , The entire staff is so supportive incentive structure is good They care for every employee .

Best thing about PSFR is the opportunity they provide to the freshers to show their skills and knowledge. Higher management are very close to the employees helping them in every single queries.

Working at PSFR is like a you found another family. No pressure, Healthy work environment, Management is supportive, Growth and Appraisal are not only based annually it can be done in any quarter if you give your 100% to your work.
