The employee culture is excellent. The company encourages good work-life balance not at the cost of below average salary. The pay scale is good for people with significant CPG experience.

Dislikes

The company is highly leadership driven with less focus on employees at the associate or mid-senior level. Also, the employee's roles and skillsets aren't correctly mapped. This can be discomforting to many people and might affect their career goals.

Really I joined in a good company, it gives an week knowledge about beverage really it will help in my carrier. Now I am a part of PepsiCo working as an quality officer. I am happy to working here , they are giving an more trainings also like fssai , AIB audits. I learnt more in PepsiCo .

Dislikes

In this PepsiCo giving an very less salary for freshers and giving more work pressure. Environment is good but we working oparaters is very difficult . Because union also there if we told some work they are doing. Management team also not supporting it is very bad thing in PepsiCo Nelamangala.

Dislikes

Unethical working practices & psychologically unsafe working enviroment. Asking people to voice opinions fearlessly and then retaliating when they raise concerns by giving them low performance ratings, no growth, isolation, constant criticism, blocking lateral movement within the organization.. the list is endless. HR enables the unhealthy work enviroment and toxic managers telling the grieving employees that its their fault and they should quit/look for another job. Senior leadership lacks integrity and is just focused on looking good to their managers in the US despite having very low OHS scores and their teams on the brink of burnout. its a shame because PepsiCo is a renowned brand name and is a dream job for many.

Work life balance is okay. Company offers very good variable pay if the company performance is good.

Dislikes

Routine work, too much of bossism politics. Not employ friendly. No scope for skill development. Benefits are not equilly applied to every employee in the company.
