Job security is terrible The VP is IT CTO (Santosh Gupta) is terrible. To save his skin and his close aides whom they brought from Reckitt, killing everyone else Incapable people managers - they need only "yes boss" people. The moment we ask a question, the hell breaks and the Reckitt cartel will do everything to through you out Unless you are in dire need of a job, don't option for Pepsi. Go for other organizations even if you are being paid a couple of lakhs less. India GBS / HBS management sucks In the name of diversity, they are filling up all the open positions with women and in many cases, they force fit women into roles resulting in underperformance and overall poor delivery

Gives personal security, free food, free transportation, have good work life balance. Many company just says about it, PepsiCo really offers it

Could have offered more salary, the salary part is a big disappointment.

Likes

The employee culture is excellent. The company encourages good work-life balance not at the cost of below average salary. The pay scale is good for people with significant CPG experience.

Dislikes

The company is highly leadership driven with less focus on employees at the associate or mid-senior level. Also, the employee's roles and skillsets aren't correctly mapped. This can be discomforting to many people and might affect their career goals.

The favoritism and biasness of certain managers is destroying the culture. They play politics in promotion, salary hikes and even in new opportunities. Either the top management is blind or they don't care

Challenging work, good pay, colleagues are the smartest people in the industry

Work Life Balance can be a challenge. Brands comes with lots of legacy & baggage (not sure if that is positive or negative).
