I worked here for two months as in PD dept. Roshni Vaidya- head of department is the reason why I left. Due to her unethical and unprofessional behaviour I couldn’t bare the mental torture done by her on regular basis.

This company never gives pressure to their staff . It is very popular company and the merchandise are so comfortable. It's apparel are for all people like Western, men and for kids.

Dislikes

...time. They don't provide uniform to the staff. They don't co-operate with staff. Salary date is not fixed.

...e I've heard other company providers this facility on joining or within 90 days. And no increments in salary so i let the job.

Its an good experience to work with pepe jeans.My teammates always co-ordinate with each other so that we adjust our work load.

The one thing i dislike that no extra leaves. If you want to go on leaves then the salary deduct . And no salary appraisal.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.some time franchise owner's behaviour are very irritated
