I joined Pep Talk India as a student first then I ended up working for them for 5 years before COVID-19 pandemic. This is fantastic place to work for those who are ambitious, creative, and seek learning and bad for those who look for 9-5 jobs to sit and do routine job. I truly feel that learning opportunities are endless here as the leaders here never get settled with fixed training methods.

Dislikes

Nothing except that you have to be exceptional to work with them as they keep pushing the bar of quality.

Likes

The company is not at all innovative, people are not at all helping, bosses just boss around and are uninterested. The worst part is that the working environment they provide is not at all congenial.

Dislikes

Nothing actually nothing at all about the company is nice so I almost disliked everything. But the worst part is that the bosses instead of helping you grow and prosper keep insulting you. There is no appreciation for any kind of work done. Moreover the employees working there are quite political and do not want to see other employees grow so there is no teamwork rather divide and rule policy prevails.
