1. They will not give you the promised salary figures. They will promise a higher amount but in total, annually, you won't get that much because 6 months is probation. Most people leave the company before even they complete one year and the 6 months of probation that you work in, has a much much lesser pay than what is disclosed. 2. The food was really bad, I have had food poisoning problems because of their food. They deduct the food charges from the salary, and they don't give an option of opting out of the company provided lunch. 3. They will ask you to work overtime, until the office closes if you have not met your daily target numbers. You will not be allowed to go home and the management will ensure that they infringe on your personal liberty this way. 4. Tons and tons of micromanagement. You will be forced in such an environment where you'll think 5 times before even picking up and checking your phone. You're always under a watch, to the point where they will even look into your phone to see what you're doing by creeping up behind you. 5. The upper management doesn't care about the junior or lower level employees, they only care about the daily, weekly and monthly numbers. Everything else just doesn't matter to them. 6. The CEO is an empty talker, lots of loud words and announcements but none delivered. 7. They only promise big things, but none of it is real, it's honestly really ugly as a workplace. 8. Also, you can and will get fired if you get into the smallest of disagreements with the management, they are looking for helpless freshers that just dial numbers and fetch random people for a demo, there's no real understanding of their own sales process. 9. This is one of the more important ones, if at all you don't meet your weekly targets, you will be punished. The punishment is to come on a Saturday in the first half, for no reason at all. They want to waste your weekend if you don't meet their numbers. 10. The in-time is from 9-9:30 AM but the out time is not fixed, it can by 6:30 PM also, or 8 PM also, depending on your luck and your work. And they have no regards for anybody's personal lives, they will make you wait in the office. 11. Taking leaves is discouraged, if at all you take a few leaves to maybe attend a wedding or go somewhere, you'll be met with a warning, and if you repeat it, you'll get fired from the job without any explanation or notice.

Absolutely horrible company to work with, no work life balance and barely any stipend compensation. They’ll give you free lunch and count that as bonus, you cannot take leaves and are expected work beyond working hours. There are no breaks in between even the lunch is barely 30 minutes. There is a lot of micromanagement and politics, people who actually want to grow shouldn’t be working here

This is a great example of just another toxic Indian company, terrible work culture, demoralizing the junior employees, carelessness and unbothered approach to the employees, no value for good candidates. Really bad food and the biggest of them all, fraudulent salary promises. PLEASE DONT WORK HERE

Your voice is heard, leadership invests in you and I have seen growth in this company and of this company. If you work hard, you definitely get a lot of recognition and benefit. The product itself is amazing so it is fun to demo it across various countries. It is also a complex and challenging platform so it pushes me to do better everyday.

Many employees will see things as glass half empty anywhere they go, it is really your own perspective. The couple of colleagues I work with are motivated and I choose to hang out with such people. There are things I may dislike but it is all compensated by the work I do and how I feel about it.
