initially it looks like a great culture because of all the flashy show-off parties and team outings. The employees are very close to each other which makes the environment good to work.

Dislikes

The whole company is started on a grudge against one of the competitors. They are very impulsive decision makers with no vision of the future. It's like they bootstrapped it and now they don't know what to do next to make it what they aspired it to be and not what every other company is in the industry. They don't give you enough authority or decision making power to actually make an impact or even do your work the way you plan it. They don't know about certain things but still are not ready to give up those parts to people who're hired for that specifically. Senior management's communication is so bad that they make changes within your team without informing you or consulting you, it just pops up on teams some random day or slips out of somebody during a conversation.
