- I joined the company as a fresher and received 13 promotions within 8 years, showcasing the ample growth opportunities. - The reward and incentive system is excellent, motivating employees to perform at their best. - Work-life balance is superb, allowing for a healthy separation between professional and personal life. - The Managing Director is very cooperative and never says no for leaves in case of any emergency. - Management is very employee-friendly, investing heavily in recreation, daily snacks, monthly get-togethers, movies, etc. - The company always stands with the team like family members in case of any emergencies at their houses. Suggestion for Management: - While being friendly with employees is beneficial, being overly friendly with the team can be harmful. It is important to maintain a balance and take timely action on non-performers to ensure the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the team.
