Shaadi.com management is poor... No job security every time pressurized in sales target... As per the weekly/monthly business, organization paying amount is too low + low salary.

Not dislike but my suggestion is increase your salary package because people Group mein employee monthly jitna business karta h uske accordingly use payout bahut Kam milta h. Thank you

People Interactive is the best organization I have ever worked with,starting from salary structure, incentive structure, grooming of one's self,career growth everything was superb

Dislike some behavior of management where they are biased sometimes and don't connect with grassroot level to know their issue which is needed.

There are no internal trainings for growth..work culture is poor..no work personal life balance..not an employee friendly organization..no holidays on festivals ..even public holidays are working..no appreciation for work ,no parties,no higher education funding nothing.
