Employee falls sick/ personal reasons, can take Work from home option.. supportive seniors and other work staff, work timings are followed strictly and we don't require to stretch even for a minute after office hours.. good for freshers and women with family commitments who is less career oriented.

Almost everything like Work Culture, very limited opportunities to explore, peaks of politics, very uncomfortable work environment especially during summers as they don't have air-conditioned workspace, pays very less salary, very stingy management.
