New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Less salary of seniors as compared to freshers or juniors,managers foot licking can get you promotions or gud hike,different policies depending on relations with manager,for some employees it is 5 days working for some it is 3 days depending on relation ship with manager

Good work environment and culture. Canteen is not good. Team mates are supportive. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and good salary hike every year.

Salary was good and the people there are hardworking especially the workers.

Dislikes

The working environment is hazardous and during shifts people don't follow safety protocols I.e. they don't wear helmets or mask. The work load is huge and the blame goes on the wrong person all the time. MNC for name sake...the washrooms there are dirtier then Sulabh Sauchalaya.
