Salary was good and the people there are hardworking especially the workers.

Dislikes

The working environment is hazardous and during shifts people don't follow safety protocols I.e. they don't wear helmets or mask. The work load is huge and the blame goes on the wrong person all the time. MNC for name sake...the washrooms there are dirtier then Sulabh Sauchalaya.

Less salary of seniors as compared to freshers or juniors,managers foot licking can get you promotions or gud hike,different policies depending on relations with manager,for some employees it is 5 days working for some it is 3 days depending on relation ship with manager

Good work environment and culture. Canteen is not good. Team mates are supportive. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and good salary hike every year.

Organization is lean. Hence even the ground work and managerial work has to be done by same person. No team outings.

...ck to boss. As he is yes man. Local language is used while technical discussion. And less salary and no promotion to deserving candidates.

Global presence. Corporate guidelines. They offer you good remuneration for employee.

Weak Local leadership. There is no business growth plan No plan for carrier growth. Lack of deceive leadership and presence of local internal politics is ruining company.
