The only thing I like is the Flexible timing and Work from home facilities they provide, that too on prior approval from your manager on ground of strong reason

Dislikes

... If you are an engineer today you will be still an engineer even after 10 years. No promotion, no annual bonus, no any facility other than your monthly salary and Insurance benefits. No Job security as they may give you surprise letter anytime. No certain annual increment as many of time you get zero as well, like what happened this year.

Nothing. Most important thing is that they don't value their employees at all and doesn't care anything, whosoever comes or go

Everything except for their flexible working hours which is good for work life balance.

Pentair Technical Solutions provides the all the opportunities to explore and Excel new professional avenues. Environment could be compitative but there was a lot of opportunities. Flexible timings and work from home option, Really helped me to Personal and Professional life. Project Manager and Senior Managers were all supportive and Always motivated us. Co-Workers are professional. Everyone follows Proper code of conducts.

Some teams have many Non-Ethical managers.
