There is lots of politics are there in organisation when I had given resignation actually as per appointment letter if I am ready to serve notice period then company have to allow me to serve notice period or company have to pay me notice salary as per company rules. 1. Now i completed two years with PSSPL but no any increament And i have ask but always give stupid reason. 2. In initial phase always give work load and RM is pressurise the new commer. 3. No diwali bonus, No OT convenience, No extra holidays give. 4. PSSPL RM is pathetically treated u. 5. No any compansation and no on any training given. 6. Career growth is 0
