One can travel to sites to gain customer experience & learn about new projects.

Dislikes

1) Working hours : No time limit every time urgency for work. 2) no systematic procedure for anything we engineers itself should cut the material & give for machining.

The company is having very good working environment having scope for learning and innovative ideas. Company progress is impressive.The machines whichever manufactured are having export quality so the company has exported machines to US , China, Korea, Brazil, Russia, Iran etc.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
