Most of the Other team members are helpful... Friendly environment, not sure on management level.

...th higher management and then log off for the day. No appraisals in three years. No overtime, no work life balance, no on time salary as well.

...n't pay you salaries and make you work like donkeys without any deadline for it. They have no plans for developments and will ask you to complete it in half time (without paying even half of salary on time). They show undeveloped and unplanned features to client to loot money and later make employees work late and under stress to deliver it to bank. Most of the managers here are very unprofessional in behavior. Some managers are just engineers with no MBA degree hence have very poor team management skills. I believe they are paid silently just to ensure that they pressurize there team to work late and in half time. There are no appraisals done from 2022 and have history of irregular salary payment. They also keep your long back salaries unpaid with no plan to pay it. There are many ex-employees who have not even received their FnF even after more than a year and they say it will be paid in 45 days. They don't reply your emails or calls regarding salary irrespective of you are employee or ex-employee of this company. HR is biggest joke within this company. The designation "HR" doesn't really suit them. They should be called MR (Management Resources) as they speak their language only. So people who are still working here BEST OF LUCK..and people who are willing to join, stay away from experiencing hell when you still deserve to work in better company. Don't get duped looking at remote working or WFH facility since it is because they can't afford to spend on utility bills to make employees work from office. Now you can guess if they can really pay salaries.

Nothing to like. They will not pay you your salary even if your family members are hospitalized.

Employees Issue 1. Salary not on time 2. No transparency about the current situation 3. False hope given by the management 4. Bonus not paid from 2021 (which is 12% of the salary) Ex Employees Issue 1. FNF not settled even after 6 months (even if your FNF amount is 30,000) 2. No replies on the email Fundamental issues 1. They label themselves as an AI company but all of there product are rule based

Fake promise,no work life balance, less payments Salary delayed by 3 4 months, half half salary being paid, company CEO only making fake promise and can't keep word. Salary issues since 1.5 years .every time ceo said it will be fix next 3 months but its still goes on. Finance team won't reply you and Mrs.janet Dsilva is manager in finance always speak arrogantly with every one like she is the owner of the company. NO WORK ETHICS.

I joined here as a fresher and learn from scratch specially in payment side. Alot to learn from domain perspective. Manager and team really help and train well. No micro management, flexibility is given. Still work from office is not start.

Salary issues going on in the company but as i am on low level i am getting salary on time. they are working on it and assure that will give salary on time to everyone.
