... reason exist...He used to micromanage and threaten like owner of that company.Even the interview candidates threatened and forced to accept very very very low salary package.He always used to behave like a goodie but he is cunning behind all dramas going around.PREFER NOT TO JOIN HERE IF YOU DONT WANT RUIN YOUR CARRER/PROFESSION.

Good company interms of global brand but the name ruined by internal top management

No proper employee training and recognition.Job security is very scaring here.Job satisfaction is damaged by this laymen culture developed by management. Constriction on employee benefits by HR and GM is very funny over here.Former top level management was wiser.As of now current management is running like a shift.On work regards,employee and workers will get very least hike and recognition too.If you are planning to join pls change your mind,because HR will drag you to the very very very low package(local cand) while Salary discussion that is below than your last gross salary. The humiliation by HR in this company is very very atrocious.

One can learn a lot about manufacturing processes, technical stuffs, work without pressure, good place to implement new ideas, gain knowledge in machineries, exposure to German engineering and technology and an ISO certified organization.

Dislikes

6 days working, no benefits, medical insurance for only employees not for their family, employees (on average) relieve every 1-2 years, personal branding leaders undermine talents of employees, favouritism, weak market conditions directly affect employees' increment.
