Everything No job security Pathetic content with stupid scripts As if Trainers and facilitators don't know how to take the sessions Degradation of skills If you have do timepass then you can join this organisation Lot of Politics People who don't know the difference between has/ have, does/ do will observe your sessions. For BMC students they introduced theatre, where in these students are not able to speak English, it's too much for them. Zero planning Don't join here

Dislikes

There is endless list. The major are the leadership and the politics to hold certain positions. There are people with minimal exposure and education background of social sector in the organisation, who are far away with the ground reality of a student. There is no clarity on goal of the organisation.
